When You Hit Bottom (Part 1)

When you hit bottom… 

1.   Look UP to God.

Jonah 2: 1 (ESV)

   Then Jonah prayed to the Lord his God from the belly of the fish.

Mark 9: 28 & 29 (ESV)

   ...when he had entered the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?” 29 And he said to them,  “This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer.”

2.  Pray passionately!

Jonah 2: 2 (ESV)                                           

   “I called out to the Lord,  out of my distress, and he answered me; out of the belly of Sheol I cried,  and you heard my voice.
