2019 Blessing of the Bikes

Saturday May 11 bikers from all over the region joined us for our annual bike blessing. Under the leadership and passion of Eli and Gina Russi over 50 motorcycles and their riders were blessed for the 2019 riding season. The day began with a great breakfast prepared and served by a great team of volunteers. Following the breakfast Pastor Jeff spent time blessing each person and each motorcycle and prayed a prayer of safety and refreshing for every mile that will be ridden. The motorcyclists and riders then went on a scenic ride led by our very own Road Captain Chris Young, and the day wrapped up with ice cream sundaes back at the church. We want to thank everyone who was involved in making this a great event again this year. And if you are a rider be sure to join us again next year!!
